Shipping:

5. The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States and other countries are USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
6. Orders placed by 3PM EST will ship on the SAME BUSINESS DAY.
7. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
8. Expedited shipping reflects on shipping company policy.
Handling:
1. Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment.
2. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.
3. We will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund, less any shipping charges, within 15 days of your purchase (Unless items have been used, soiled, or damaged. Subject to inspection). A 15% restocking fee may apply. We will replace any defective merchandise within 15 days and the replacement will be shipped at our cost.
